We feel that the Stephen Lawrence Award is a great oppotunity for our school. It will encourage thoughtful, creative responses from our children and young people while increasing their awareness of equality and understanding. We believe that it is important to celebrate the cultural diversity of our city of Leeds. With the support of parents and carers, we teach the children to speak out against racism and racist behaviour. Because of this we are committed to achieving theStephen Lawrence Education Standard 2010.
